SmartLink
SmartLink collects parameters from the tractor, and starts/stops ensiling according to driving pattern.
Product Overview
SmartLink is connected between the tractor and the Serigstad Digital Flowmaster. The module collects information from the tractor communication port and starts/stops the ensiling according to driving pattern. SmartLink can be set up to consider if the tractor is moving, if PTO or pickup is active, or combinations of these.
Connects to the tractor
The module is connected to the Digital Flowmaster and the communication port in the tractor (ISO 11786). SmartLink is powered from the tractor through the ISO-contact.
Choose parameters
SmartLink is from the factory set up to require all three parameters to be fulfilled, before start signal to the pump is given. The parameters are: tractor moving, PTO is active and pickup lowered/lifted (programmed in the tractor). If, for instance, PTO is stopped, signal ceases and the pump is stopped. Activation and deactivation of desired parameters, and combinations of these, are adjustable using dipswitches.
Compability
SmartLink is compatible with our red Digital Flowmaster.
Following pins must be operative in the tractor according to ISO 11786 to access full functionability:
Pin 2: Theoretical ground speed
Pin 3: Rear PTO rotational speed
Pin 4: Rear three-point implement in-work/out-of work
Pin 6: Power supply
Pin 7: Common ground
